Full Contest Rules
How to Enter:

Raffle tickets are $5 each and may be purchased only in the 45 minutes before any performance of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.

For example, a normal nighttime performance begins at 7:30pm, so between 6:45-7:30pm, raffle tickets can be purchased. During the 2pm show, the raffle purchase time window is between 1:15 to 2pm.

The raffle tickets can be purchased with cash, check, or card at a table in the lobby.

You may buy as many tickets as you like to increase your chances of winning!

You must be 18 years old to purchase raffle tickets. Proceeds go to Southeast Texas Stages General Fund.
How It Works:

During each intermission, one lucky winner will be drawn to receive a Golden Ticket.

In the last 5 minutes of the 15 minute intermission, a representative of the theatre will draw from the raffle tickets purchased before that show started, and pull 1 winner. The winner will receive a special 100th Anniversary Beaumont Community Players Coin that counts as "The Golden Ticket". They will pick it up on stage and exchange their name, email address, and phone number.

There will be 9 Golden Ticket winners total, one per performance.

Each Golden Ticket winner will be entered into the Grand Prize Drawing during the final show on Sunday, May 25th starting at 3pm

There will be 1 Golden Ticket recipient awarded at the May 25th show who will be then immediately put in the drawing to win the Grand Prize.

The Grand Prize:
One Golden Ticket holder will win 9 Silver Coins valued at $400 (as of April 18th) with the potential to gain value over time.
Important Notes

Golden Ticket winners must be present (or have a representative present) at the final performance to claim the Grand Prize. The final performance (Sunday May 25th) begins at 3pm. During the intermission of the final performance, a representative of the theatre will pull the winning ticket for 9 Silver Coins (a $400 value as of April).

Each Golden Ticket winner will receive one free ticket to the final performance to ensure they can attend the drawing.

If the person who wins the Golden Ticket is not present, the next name will be drawn. If a representative is being sent for the Golden Ticket winner, the following process must be adhered to:

When each Golden Ticket winner is selected, they will give their name, email address, phone number, and a code word.

If the Golden Ticket winner can not be present for the grand prize, they can select a representative to pick up the Silver Coins from them .

The representative must come to the box office and ask to speak to Julia Rodriguez. They must provide their name, phone number, and email address and give Julia the code word that the Golden Ticket winner gave when they won the ticket. If the code word matches, their name will be added as a representative to the Golden Ticket winner they are representing.
