Early Bird Registration ($50 off) - February 20th through May 1st

Regular Registration - May 1st through June 15

Sibling Discount ($20 off) available May 1st through June 15

Mandatory Parent Meeting:

Monday, June 15 6:00 PM (first day of camp)

(A make-up meeting will be held on Saturday, June 20 at 1:00 PM if needed.)

Attendance Dates/Requirements:

• Students may miss up to five camp days/rehearsals. However, these absences cannot occur within the ten camp days/rehearsals leading up to the show. No shows may be missed.

  • For Troupe: no absences between July 13-July 24 (shows July 24, 25)

• Absences or scheduling conflicts should be listed at registration. This includes conflicts such as other camps, vacations, or prior commitments. Listing these known conflicts helps us create a camp and rehearsal schedule that benefits all campers and the production.

• Failure to inform staff of conflicts at registration, or absences outside of the number and dates listed in the absence policy, may result in the student being removed from the show. Refunds will not be available.

Registration

Student is not considered registered until the following are complete:

• Registration Form

     and

• Payment made or

• Financial Aid Application approved

Payment must be made in full - or specific payment arrangement paperwork signed - before the end of the first week of camp.

In the case of payment arrangements, final payment must be made before dress rehearsal, or student may be removed from the show.

Refund Policy

• Registration is not considered complete until both registration form and payment are complete.

• Full refund is available before the first day of camp.

• Half refund is available during first week of camp.

• No refund is available after the first week.
