What is the best way to purchase tickets?
Tickets may be purchased online 24-hours a day or at the Box Office (via phone or in-person)

Tuesday through Friday from 11am-4pm.

 

What if I need assistance?
We are happy to help patrons who need additional accommodations. If you need wheelchair access, assistance getting to a seat, a hearing device to amplify microphones in our spaces, or American Sign Language interpretation, please contact the box office before the show to make arrangements. 

Where is the Box Office located?
Our address 4155 Laurel Avenue, Beaumont, TX 77707.
When you walk through the front doors, the box office is immediately through the doors to the right.

What if I am unable to use my ticket for a show?
Please call the Box Office if you are unable to attend a showing. Tickets canceled at least 90 minutes prior to curtain may be exchanged for another show, subject to a $2 exchange fee. In the event of a sold-out show, unclaimed tickets at Will-Call may be released for sale 10 minutes prior to curtain. Unused tickets for prior performances cannot be exchanged.
 
What if I am late for a show?
Seating for latecomers to a show in the McFaddin-Ward Auditorium will be at the House Manager's discretion.  Patrons who must leave their seats during a show may be asked to delay re-entry until after intermission. 

*If you are aware you will be late to a show, please contact the box office and let us know. Unclaimed Will-Call tickets may be sold to waiting patrons 10 minutes prior to showtime in the event of a sold-out performance.

Latecomers to a show in the McMillan Studio Theater will not be admitted until intermission due to the intimate nature of the venue, unless at the discretion of the House Manager.

What time does the theater open for a performance?
The lobby doors will open 90 minutes before a performance. House doors into the theater will open 30 minutes before a performance.

Do you sell Concessions?
Concessions are available for purchase in our lobby. No food or drinks are admitted into the theater with the exception of water bottles (must have a lid) or a SETX Stages Season Cup available for purchase at the concession stand.

Is there a Dress Code?
There is no dress code for performances. Typical attire is business casual, but you may choose to dress for the occasion!

Are there Group Sales tickets?
Please contact the box office during business hours for information on group sales.
