August 23rd
10:00AM
Join us for our Volunteer Interest Meeting on Saturday, August 23rd at 10:00 AM! Whether you're interested in helping with concessions, ushering, costumes, set building, or joining a production team, this is the perfect opportunity to get involved behind the scenes.
This meeting is mandatory for all volunteers this season, so we can ensure a smooth and successful experience for everyone. We can't wait to work together to make the magic happen!
Ways to Get Involved
There are lots of ways to get involved at Southeast Texas Stages! Whether you enjoy (or want to learn!) singing and dancing, set building , or working with lights and sound (and many more areas), we want you to come be part of our creative community!
Fill out the contact form at the bottom of the page or call the Box Office at (409)833-4664 for more information on how to get involved!

Crew
If being in the spotlight isn't for you, there are ways to help backstage! Stage hands and crew are all volunteer teams, and we'd love to have you! Contact us for more information!

Props/Set Design

Concessions/Ushering
Volunteer for ushering or concessions and receive a free ticket to a show - Contact us for more information!

Musicians
Whether you sew or not, if you're interested in fashion for the theater, we have a place for you! Contact us and we will put you in contact with the Costume Manager. Check out the Classes page to see if we have costuming classes coming up!
We are always looking for talented musicians who want to expand their skill set by working in a pit during a live performance! Contact us to be evaluated by the Music Coordinator.
Interested in helping to construct, decorate, or take down sets for a production? We generally meet most Saturdays at 9:30am (come on by!) but contact us for more details!
If you want to direct a show, be a stage manger, or a music director, there is a education component that is more in depth and require more time than the volunteer activities above. Feel free to contact us with questions about those processes and when opportunities to develop into those roles might arise.
